What face data does the app collect?
The app temporarily processes photos uploaded by the user. These photos may contain the faces of two adults chosen by the user.
How is face data used?
The photos are transmitted to OpenAI's DALL-E API solely for the purpose of generating an AI-rendered image of a hypothetical future child. The face data is used for no other purpose.
Is face data shared with third parties?
Photos are transmitted to OpenAI's API for image generation only. OpenAI processes this data in accordance with their privacy policy and API usage policies. OpenAI does not use API-submitted data to train their models. No other third parties receive your photos or face data.
Where is face data stored?
Photos are not stored by Baby Maker AI on any server or database. They are transmitted in real time to OpenAI's API, processed, and immediately discarded. We do not retain, archive, or store any photos or facial data.
How long is face data retained?
Zero retention. Photos are processed in real time and are not stored or retained by us at any point. OpenAI's data retention policies apply to their temporary processing of the request.

The App displays an age gate requiring users to confirm they are 18 or older before using the App. By proceeding, users also confirm that any photos uploaded are of adults aged 18 or older.
We transmit all data over encrypted HTTPS connections. Since we do not store your photos or personal data on our servers, there is no stored data that could be compromised.
Baby Maker AI is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. The App includes an age gate to prevent use by minors. Users are also required to only upload photos of adults aged 18 or older.
